Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Design user interfaces and quickly iterate on multiple design solution by working through details
2. Produce user requirements specifications, personas, storyboards, scenarios, flowcharts, design prototypes, and design specifications
3. Communicate design rationale both verbally and visually
4. Manage the design process, drive decisions, track issues, and assist in estimating resource needs
5. Understand the requirements and convert them into sketches, wireframes, and prototypes
6. Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
7. Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images
8. Design graphics user interfaces elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets
9. Build page navigation buttons and search fields
