Job Description

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Visualize the problem with mockups, interactive flows, and designs
2. Lead and participate in the brainstorming of and creation of concepts for best-in-class user experiences
3. Work on the creation of user interface sketches, wireframes, schematics, and interactive prototypes
4. Handle the detailing on design elements, aesthetics of the overall design, and with a great sense of color and placements
5. Work on the design and moderation of frequent user research and testing

Other requirements

1. Experience in UX design and development

2. Strong visual or interaction design skills

3. Experience in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Modernizr, Bootstrap, grid layout

4. Good knowledge of visual design tools like Photoshop, fireworks, MS Paint

5. Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and accessibility standards (W3C guidelines)

6. Thorough understanding of typography and graphics, logos, mailers, and templates design
