About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Ensure UFaber websites convey the message, emotion, and vibes about the future it promises
2. Create web and app-based products for multiple UFaber brands which are pleasure to use for the last mile user
3. Design web and mobile learning interfaces which score high in empathy and UX
4. Deliver the result minus the clutter
5. Bring in a designers edge in every product requirement that comes through various stakeholders
6. Collaborate with product management to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience
7. Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off
8. Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks
9. Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
10. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards

Other requirements
1. Fundamental understanding of visual design principles
2. A bachelor's degree in design, 2 years' UI/UX design experience
3. A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for web/mobile platforms
4. Experience with end-to-end UX design including understanding scope, using research, prototyping, designing, and testing
