Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers UX design with Figma Sketch or Photoshop
2. Brainstorm product design ideas creating wireframes creating rapid prototypes for customer trials interaction design visual design graphic design
3. Develop wireframes and task flows based on user needs
4. Create the appropriate UX artifacts to share insights with the product team (e.g. storyboards, use cases, videos, scenarios, and more)
5. Translate business and user requirements into defined UX documentation and specifications that meet as many needs as possible for the business and the user
6. Lead usability testing, including ongoing usability studies, to obtain direct user feedback and make recommendations for improvement as needed
7. Incorporate user research and usability testing results on the company's audiences and digital properties to improve the user experience
8. Help identify pain points in the user experience and seek out opportunities to resolve or improve them
9. Participate in the assessment of potential solutions and analyse the pros and cons of the user experience
10. Present design ideas, including rationale based on customer research and best practices, to the product development team and other key stakeholders
