Job Description

UI/UX Designer 

Functional Responsibilities :

  • Design digital marketing collateral
  • Work closely with the onsite and offshore creative teams (copy and design) to conceptualise and create high quality creative assets
  • Work on client presentation decks, and be proficient with presentation software, i.e. Keynote, Powerpoint, etc.
  • Create user-centric designs through consideration of business requirements, customer feedback, and usability study findings
  • Translate concepts into wireframes – low or hi-fidelity mockups (designs) that lead to intuitive user experiences
  • Research, design and deliver user journeys, wireframes, and mockups (designs) optimised for a wide range of devices and interfaces
  • Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions
  • Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate designs
  • Contribute to the User Experience group's shared knowledge of user-centered design paradigms, trends and views on successful practices
  • Present design concepts to the client along with the servicing team on the account

Education: Any Bachelor's degree, Courses/certificates related to graphic design/creative is a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience designing and prototyping web and mobile experiences.
  • Good knowledge of Photoshop, Sketch and the Adobe Creative Cloud suite. HTML is a plus.
  • Hands on design, conceptual thinking, and typography skills.
  • Understanding of interaction design, site architecture, and designing intuitive user interfaces and navigation would be an added advantage.
  • Portfolio that represents a wide range of design styles and diverse projects across devices.
  • Interpret creative briefs by understanding customer goals, business requirements and technical constraints.
  • Develop original design concepts.
