Key Responsibilities

User Research
Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis to understand user needs, pain points, behaviors, and motivations. Translate insights into actionable design improvements. -
Wireframing and Prototyping
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Build high- and low-fidelity prototypes using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. -
Visual Design and UI Development
Design user interfaces with attention to detail, ensuring consistency, brand alignment, and visual appeal. Define UI elements such as typography, color palettes, icons, and spacing to create aesthetically pleasing layouts. -
User Testing and Iteration
Conduct usability tests and gather feedback to refine and iterate on designs. Make data-driven decisions to optimize user experiences and continuously improve products based on user feedback. -
Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to ensure designs are implemented as intended. Participate in design reviews and sprints, offering and accepting constructive feedback. -
Design Systems and Documentation
Maintain and contribute to design systems and UI libraries to ensure a consistent user experience across products. Document design processes, standards, and guidelines for reference and team alignment. -
Accessibility and Responsiveness
Ensure designs are accessible to all users, including those with disabilities, by following WCAG guidelines and inclusive design principles. Design responsive layouts that adapt across various devices and screen sizes. -
Project Management and Deadlines
Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work in fast-paced environments. Prioritize tasks and communicate clearly with team members about progress and blockers.
