UI/UX Designer Job in Kodehash at Sector 56, Gurgaon, Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida

As a UI/UX Designer, your responsibilities will entail understanding user requirements, creating engaging design elements, and establishing navigation structures. A strong background in design software and wireframe tools is expected in this role. Furthermore, candidates with a rich portfolio encompassing web and mobile application design projects will be preferred. Your goal will be to develop user-friendly features that meet our clients' needs and drive customer growth.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand user requirements.
• Develop design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
• Create user interface design elements such as menus, tabs, and widgets.
• Establish navigation buttons and search fields.
• Design UI mockups and prototypes that clearly demonstrate site functionality and appearance.
• Produce original graphic designs such as images, sketches, and tables.
• Present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
• Identify and rectify UX issues like responsiveness.
• Make layout modifications based on user feedback.
• Maintain consistent style standards for fonts, colors, and images.
• Drive full product development, from initial concept to production, which includes determining business needs, user experience, backend
processing, production support, and product promotion.
• Primarily work with JavaScript, ReactJS, and TypeScript.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Transform designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
• Optimize components to ensure optimal performance across a wide range of devices and browsers.
• Coordinate with diverse teams working on different layers.

Job requirements
Requirements:
• A minimum of 1- 4 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• A portfolio showcasing your design projects.
• Familiarity with wireframe tools such as Wireframe.cc and InVision.
• Proficiency in design software like Figma, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop etc.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• A BSc in Design, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
