Tenet is hiring a Senior UI UX Designer to lead design execution across complex web and mobile projects. This role suits experienced designers who can take ownership of end to end UX and UI delivery while guiding design quality across teams.

You will work on global client projects and handle product level design decisions. You will translate business goals and user needs into clear user journeys, strong UI systems, and development ready designs. This role is hands on and responsibility driven.

• Lead UI UX design for web and mobile applications

• Own user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI

• Review and improve design work from other designers

• Ensure consistency across design systems and components

• Collaborate with product managers and developers daily

• Convert complex requirements into simple user journeys

• Run usability reviews and design audits when required

• Ensure designs are feasible and ready for development

• Maintain design quality across multiple projects

• Strong UI UX design experience for digital products

• Advanced wireframing and prototyping

• User flow and information architecture

• Design systems and component libraries

• Responsive and mobile first design

• Usability testing and heuristic evaluation

• UX research basics and insight analysis
