Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven UK Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for clients and companies based in the United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing candidates for various UK industries such as IT, healthcare, finance, logistics, and engineering, and will be familiar with UK job portals, work authorization processes, and client handling.
This role involves candidate sourcing, screening, coordination with UK clients or account teams, and closing positions in a timely and professional manner. Familiarity with UK compliance, hiring practices, and recruitment tools is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment

Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for UK-based roles across industries.

Handle the complete recruitment cycle: job intake → sourcing → interviews → selection → onboarding support.

Conduct initial screening calls to assess skills, experience, availability, and communication.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and UK hiring managers or clients.
Candidate Sourcing & Engagement

Utilize job boards like CV-Library, Reed, TotalJobs, Indeed UK, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.

Search for passive and active candidates through Boolean search, networking, referrals, and database mining.

Build and maintain a talent pipeline for recurring or hard-to-fill roles.
Client / Account Coordination

Understand client requirements, company culture, and expectations thoroughly.

Submit quality candidates within defined timelines and formats (CV formatting as per UK standards).

Provide timely feedback and regular updates to account managers or UK clients.

Schedule interviews and ensure a smooth coordination between all parties.
Compliance & Documentation

Ensure that all candidates are compliant with UK Right to Work (RTW) and visa/work permit requirements.

Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to GDPR and data protection policies.

Verify identity, references, and professional credentials when necessary.
Reporting & Metrics

Maintain daily tracker, submission reports, and hiring status updates.

Meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets for CV submissions, interviews, and closures.

Highlight challenges or trends in the hiring market proactively to the team lead or client.
Key Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills:

Proficient in using UK job boards and ATS/CRM systems.

MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.

Strong Boolean search skills and LinkedIn Recruiter experience.
Communication & Soft Skills:

Excellent English communication (spoken and written).

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and coordination skills.

Professionalism and cultural sensitivity when dealing with UK candidates and clients.

Goal-oriented with the ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
