We are seeking a UK Survey Process BPO Executive to be a part of our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing outbound surveys, analyzing responses, and ensuring that our client’s requirements are met with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conducting Surveys:

Conduct telephonic surveys with UK-based customers according to the requirements of the project.

Follow standard operating procedures to ensure surveys are conducted effectively and accurately.

Ask specific, pre-designed questions to customers, ensuring clarity in communication and understanding.

Record responses accurately in the system and ensure data is entered correctly.
2. Customer Interaction:

Engage with customers politely and professionally, ensuring a positive experience during the survey.

Address queries or concerns raised by customers regarding the survey process and provide appropriate explanations.

Build rapport with customers to encourage participation in surveys and obtain honest and complete feedback.
3. Data Entry and Management:

Enter survey data into the system with high accuracy and efficiency.

Ensure the integrity and completeness of data collected, maintaining data privacy and confidentiality.

Monitor and track progress of survey completion, ensuring that response rates meet project requirements.
4. Quality Assurance:

Follow guidelines and scripts for surveys to ensure consistency in data collection and interaction with customers.

Adhere to deadlines and targets for completing surveys, ensuring a high level of productivity without compromising quality.

Identify potential issues or challenges during surveys and report these to the team leader for resolution.
5. Reporting and Documentation:

Assist in compiling and preparing reports based on survey results and insights.

Maintain up-to-date records of completed surveys and customer interactions.

Provide feedback to the management team regarding the efficiency of the survey process and suggest improvements.
6. Coordination with the Team:

Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth execution of survey campaigns.

Assist the process manager in executing and tracking day-to-day survey operations.
7. Process Improvement:

8. Maintaining Customer Satisfaction:
