Key Responsibilities:
Promote Umrah & Hajj packages to potential pilgrims.
Explain package details, inclusions, and pricing clearly.
Handle inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, or in-person.
Assist customers with booking, payments, and documentation.
Maintain customer relationships and provide post-booking support.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of Umrah & Hajj processes is a plus.
Sales-oriented, target-driven, and customer-friendly.
Ability to work in a team and meet sales targets.
