United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) invites applications for the position of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Research Analyst (Open to Indian Nationals Only)
Location: New Delhi
Education:
A Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Political or Social Science, Economics, International Development Studies, and Gender/Women's Studies is required.
A first-level university degree in combination with two additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
A project/program management certification (such as PMP®, PRINCE2®, or MSP®) would be an added advantage.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience at the national or international level in monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of development projects/ programmes;
Experience in working on monitoring, evaluation, and documentation of programmes on Gender Equality and Empowerment of Women ;
Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages, good knowledge, and experience in handling web-based management systems;
Demonstrates substantive and technical knowledge to meet responsibilities and requirements of the post with excellence;
Possesses the capacity for strategic planning, results-based management, and reporting;
Ability to build a functioning network with stakeholders to support M&E activities;
Knowledge of monitoring parameters, frameworks, and evaluation procedures.
Experience in the United Nations systems in an asset;
Field experience is an asset;
Experience of having worked on the Impact Funding model will be an added advantage;
Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages, experience in handling web-based management systems, and advanced programs for data analysis.
Language Requirement: Fluency in English and working knowledge of the language of the duty station.
