Designation - Unica Campaign Execution
Your Role and Responsibilities
Who you are:
As Campaign developer, you are responsible of Building and executing campaigns and delivers accurate audience data for assigned campaigns. Test forecasted volumes in campaign requirement sessions. Supports campaign deployment activities. Should have experience of understanding campaign requirements, translate them to workflow and knowledge of scheduling campaigns.
What you'll do:
- Apply audience criteria and execute list deployment
- Approve and review technical specifications
- Ensure audience file successfully deployed
- Campaign close-out documentation
- Monitoring automated campaigns and campaign deployment.
- Suggest optimization steps for future email deployments
- Build, execute, deliver and proof accurate audience data for assigned campaigns

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) marketing experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Campaign Execution
- Experience in marketing automation tools (UNICA E-message, Acoustic)
- Excellent communication skills
- UNICA backend support/admin knowledge, troubleshooting the issues/errors in the Unica Campaign
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Exposure to multiple marketing platforms for campaign management operations
- Hands-on experience in data segmentation to generate target audience
- Expertise in email deployment
- Skilled in all required email testing before deployment e.g. multivariate, A/B etc.
- Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals.
- Ability to handle change and be open to it good time management and an ability to work under stress
- Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications.
- Experience to document processes and excel reporting
