Key Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and motivate a team to achieve departmental and organizational goals.

Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to ensure optimal performance.

Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement development plans for team members.

Handle recruitment, onboarding, and team-building activities to maintain a high-performing workforce.

Operational Oversight:

Oversee the daily operations within the unit, ensuring that all activities are performed efficiently and according to company standards.

Develop and implement operational procedures to improve productivity and streamline workflows.

Monitor and manage the unit's performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and other operational metrics.

Ensure that the unit operates within budget constraints and adheres to financial guidelines.

Assist in the development and implementation of short- and long-term strategic plans for the unit.
