Job Description
- You will be responsible for building and leading a team of insurance advisors, driving sales and ensuring that customer receive the best financial solutions .
- Recruit ,train and develop a team of financial advisors .
- Generate new business by meeting prospective clients and building relationships.
- Set clear targets and ensure your team achieves their sales goals.
Key Responsibilities

Team Management:

Lead, supervise, and motivate a team to achieve departmental and organizational goals.

Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to ensure optimal performance.

Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement development plans for team members.

Handle recruitment, onboarding, and team-building activities to maintain a high-performing workforce.

Operational Oversight:

Oversee the daily operations within the unit, ensuring that all activities are performed efficiently and according to company standards.

Develop and implement operational procedures to improve productivity and streamline workflows.

Monitor and manage the unit's performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and other operational metrics.

Ensure that the unit operates within budget constraints and adheres to financial guidelines.

Strategic Planning and Execution:

Assist in the development and implementation of short- and long-term strategic plans for the unit.

Analyze operational data and generate reports to evaluate the performance of the unit.

Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to address challenges, enhance productivity, and improve customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with senior management to align the unit's objectives with broader organizational goals.

Customer Service and Quality Control:
