Built a Team of Recruitment Consultants under him.
Train them and make them capable to recruit VPs independently
Regular Monitoring of consultant's performance.
Strategy designing for Recruitment Activity.
Achieve Distributor Recruitment Targets.
Skills Required:
- Mutual Funds, Financial Product and Sales knowledge is preferable
-Comfortable with Traveling
-Willing to Work For Sales/Marketing
- Good convincing Power & Good Communications skills both verbal and written
- A Positive and go getter attitude & strong team culture
- Entrepreneurial drive, passion and enthusiasm.
