Job Description
Job Role description - Leader recruitment, unit management, unit development, document verification etc.
Minimum Qualification: Graduation
Age limit : 25 - 60
Working Day - Mon to Fri (11am to 5pm)
- Fully office work - No sales - No target - No field work- No investment- No hidden charges
Pay Out : Yearly 2.25 lac to 5.5lac CTC (Negotiable) + Variable (EPF, ESIC, TC, Incentives)
Location : Esplanade , Kolkata
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Recruitment and Onboarding

Identify and recruit potential insurance agents/advisors from various sources including referrals, job fairs, social networks, and direct outreach.

Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and onboard selected individuals as per the company’s recruitment guidelines.

Ensure new advisors are registered, trained, and certified as per IRDAI regulations.
2. Training and Development
-
Conduct regular training sessions to educate the team about insurance products, selling techniques, regulatory requirements, and digital tools.

Continuously upgrade the team’s knowledge and skills through refresher courses and mentoring.

Monitor individual performance and guide advisors in developing sales pitches, understanding client needs, and closing deals effectively.
3. Sales and Business Development
-
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for life insurance, health insurance, or general insurance products, depending on company focus.

Guide advisors in identifying prospective clients, conducting financial need analysis, and recommending suitable insurance plans.

Accompany advisors on client visits, presentations, and negotiations as needed.

Ensure a balance between business growth and service quality.
4. Team Management and Motivation

Set clear goals and expectations for each advisor.

Review daily, weekly, and monthly performance through structured meetings and one-on-one sessions.

Recognize and reward high performers, address underperformance with coaching, and maintain team morale.

Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
5. Customer Relationship Management

Oversee advisor interactions with clients to ensure a high standard of professionalism, ethics, and compliance.

Resolve escalated client queries, complaints, or service requests in a timely manner.

Promote long-term customer relationships through consistent after-sales service, policy reviews, and renewals.

Drive cross-selling and up-selling efforts through relationship-based selling.
6. Reporting and Compliance

Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs to higher management.

Ensure the team follows IRDAI guidelines, company compliance policies, and all documentation protocols.

Conduct audits of advisor records and policy issuance for accuracy and transparency.

Coordinate with internal departments such as underwriting, operations, and claims for smooth policy processing.
