- Training candidates for NISM exam.
- Assisting him in emplacement process.
- Training and Development of Distributors on regular basis.
- Business Planning & Strategizing
- Activity Planning.
- Joint Calls with the clients.
- Addressing client Meets.
- Query resolution of the distributor.
- Timely communications to the distributor.
- Following Sales process.
- Regular reporting of work in the Sales Process.
- Complying with Company and industry norms, rules and regulations.
- Clearing NISM exam with stipulated time.
- Keeping yourself updated in terms of knowledge, products, etc.
- Doing a professional course in the relative field (optional)
