Job Description
Role Objective :
To increase the revenue inwards of the company through generating targeted amount of premium from the assigned Banking Partners and Channels.
Role:
To visit mapped branches and develop a suitable professional relationship with Branch staff in order to generate premium through Home Insurance and allied products.
To motivate branch staff to convert leads into sales of all Bancassurance Partners.
To train branch staff and branch Relationship Manager on cross sell of insurance products.
To handle objection and aid sales process carried out by channel.
To carry out up sell and cross sell of health insurance products too.
To ensure timely delivery of policy documents and information to the customers and issuance of cover notes if applicable.
To maintain highest level of integrity at all times.
To protect the brand ICICI Lombard at all times.
Required Qualification / Experience
Full time MBA / Post Graduation / Graduate from recognized University / School of India.
Work experience should be between 2 years to 5 years.
Should have all the necessary work experience documents.
High on energy, innovative thinking, passionate and can do attitude.
Firm believer of fostering relationship at all level to achieve business objectives.
Deep analytical thinking skills is a must.
