Upper Division Clerk

No. of Posts :  03 (UR)

Qualification : (i) Degree from a recognized University or equivalent. (ii) Proficiency in Computers. (iii)Skill Test Norms on computer: Typing speed @ 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi. (Time allowed 10 minutes) (35 w.p.m. or 30 w.p.m. correspond to 10500 KDPH / 9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word.)

Pay  :  Level 4 in Pay Matrix (Rs. 25500-81100)

Age Limit :  21-30 Years

Data Entry Operator

No. of Posts :  02 (UR)

Qualification : (i) 12th Class or equivalent qualification. (ii) Should possess a speed of not less than 8000 key Depressions per hour for Data Entry Work. Note: The speed of 8000 Key Depressions per hour for Data Entry Work is to be judged by conducting a speed test on the EDP Machine(s) by the Competent Authority.

Pay  :  Level 4 in Pay Matrix (Rs. 25500-81100)

Age Limit :  18-27 Years

Lower Division Clerk

No. of Posts :  32 (UR-18, OBC8, SC-4, ST-2) # including 01 Post reserved for PwD and 3 for Ex-Servicemen

Qualification : (i) 12th Class or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University. (ii) Skill Test Norms on computer: Typing speed @ 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi. (Time allowed 10 minutes) (35 w.p.m. or 30 w.p.m. correspond to 10500 KDPH / 9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word.)

Desirable : Basic Computer Literacy.

Pay  : Level 2 in Pay Matrix (Rs. 19900- 63200)

Age Limit :  18-30 Years

Application Fees : 

1) For SC/ST/PWD/Women Candidates :- Rs. 200/- * * This fee of Rs. 200/- shall be refunded duly deducting Bank Charges as applicable, on appearing of the candidate in the Written Examination

2) For All other categories (GEN/OBC) :- Rs. 1,000/-

3) The candidate will be required to pay prescribed application fees through Online Mode Only via payment gateway of AIIMS, Jodhpur. Transaction/ Processing fee, if any, as applicable will be payable to the bank by the candidate.

4) Application Fee once remitted shall not be refunded under any circumstances except the case mentioned in point 1 above.

5) Applications without the prescribed fee would not be considered and summarily rejected.
