Job Description

Need a UPS Service Engineer who may have a knowledge of UPS, Cards etc. Minimum experience two years and yes freshers can also apply. Share your resume/CV Hurry. Salary depend on the basis of experience.

To service, commission, repair and install UPS systems.

To service, commission, repair remote monitoring systems.

To provide technical support to colleagues and customers.

To carry out battery impedance testing and replacements

To carry out service visits according to manufacturer’s recommendations

To advise Head Office of any sales opportunities identified during the course of duties.

To promote the company and act in a professional and diplomatic manner at all times.

To adhere to quality standards at all times.

Solve UPS problems at customers site and provides reports on these issues.

Responsible for identifying and reporting failure modes encountered when in the field. Also responsible for determining the cause of these failures.

Present all the offers of service, propose new services to the customer
