ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATIONAL:
Chartered Accountant or Cost and
Management Accountant or Chartered Financial Analyst or Master of Business Administration
(Finance) or Post Graduate Diploma in Management(Finance) or Company Secretary from a
recognized university or institute.
DESIRABLE:
- Two years’ experience in the field of capital markets.
NOTE :
- The Qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public Service Commission, for reasons to be recorded in writing, in the case of candidates otherwise well qualified.
Age:
- 33 years
Pay Scale:
- Level- 08 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC.
DUTIES:
- To act as member of investigation team to investigate corporate frauds, collect evidences, record statements and provide expertise in matters involving Capital Market/Merchant Banking;
- To assist in providing legal inputs to counsels for filing complaints and assist in liaising with other investigation agencies;
- Any other work assigned from time to time.
PROBATION:
- The persons selected will be appointed on probation as per rule.
Selection Process:
- A minimum educational qualification is not sufficient for being called for an interview. Mere eligibility does not entitle a candidate to be called for an interview or selection. Intimation for the interview will be sent later on. In case of a large number of applicants for the post/ posts, the Commission may hold a screening test, which will be communicated in due course of time.
