ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s Degree in any discipline.
DESIRABLE:
- Doctorate Degree.
- Experience in Rural Livelihoods Programme/Project.
Experience
- Experience in Rural development (Social Sector) related work in managerial and supervisory capacity.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
(i) Implementation of DAY-NRLM scheme in all States and UTs through SRLMs,
including the following:
(a) Social inclusion and social mobilisation of rural poor women into Self Help
Groups (SHGs).
(b) Training and Capacity Building activities for SHGs/SHG members.
(c) Financial inclusion of SHGs.
(d) Farm and Non-Farm Livelihoods activities for the mobilised
groups/members.
(ii) Inter and Intra Ministerial coordination.
(iii) Administrative works related to the assigned tasks.
Age Limit
- The minimum age limit -32 years
- The maximum age limit - 40 years
Pay Level
- Pay Level 12 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC
