ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: 

  EDUCATIONAL: 
  •  Degree in Computer Engineering or Technology from any recognized University plus one year experience in the relevant field i.e. Computer (IT) from a recognized organization OR Master’s Degree in Computer Science from any recognized University OR Associate Member of Institution of Engineers (AMIE) in the relevant field i.e. Computer plus one year experience in the relevant field i.e. Computer (IT) from a recognized organization. (Only those students who were enrolled with Institutions with permanent recognition up to 31.05.2013 would be eligible.) 
Note: 
The term recognized organization for one year essential experience in the relevant field i.e. Computer (IT) shall include offices of the Central Government, State Government, Union Territories, Public Sector Undertakings, Semi Government, Statutory, Autonomous Organization and Companies registered under the Company Act, 2013
 
Age:
  •   30 years
 Pay Scale: 
  •  Level- 07 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC
DUTIES: 
  • Maintenance and repair of all IT accessories and its peripherals. Networking and implementation of all Cyber security guidelines. Software Development and Testing, Maintenance of test rigs and proof set up used for airborne stores
 
Selection Process:

  • The prescribed essential qualifications are the minimum and the mere possession of the same does not entitle candidates to be called for an interview.
  • In the event of the number of applications being large, the commission will adopt short-listing criteria to restrict the number of candidates to be called for interview to a reasonable number.
  • The category-wise minimum level of suitability in interviews, irrespective of whether the selection is made only by interview or by Recruitment Test followed by an interview, will be UR/ EWS-50 marks, OBC-45 marks, SC/ ST/ PwBD-40 marks, out of the total marks of interview being 100.
  • In cases where selection is made by Recruitment Test (RT) followed by an interview, the candidate will have to achieve a minimum level of suitability in their respective category at the Interview stage.
