Designation - Scientific Officer - Mechanical
Number of Job Vacancies - 1
Essential Qualification
- Masters’ Degree in Physics or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Degree in Metallurgy from a recognized university or institution.
- One year’s experience in Mechanical testing Laboratory or one year’s experience in Research and Development in allied field.
PAY SCALE:
- Level- 08 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC.
Age Limit:
- 30 years for URs.
DUTIES:
- The Duties and responsibilities of the said post include testing & evaluation of concerned Laboratory samples and Scientific Officer will work in connection with the Development of Testing methods for these materials. Scientific Officer will also be responsible for performing the day to day work of Scientist ‘B’ (Mechanical) in his absence including issuing the samples to Scientific Assistant and signing of test certificate.
