Educational Qualification
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Technology from any recognized University or Institute approved by University Grant Commission or All India Council for Technical Education in the Fashion and Apparel or Dress Making or Costume Designing and Dress Making or Fashion Designing or Fashion Technology or Garment Fabrication Technology; with two years post qualification experience in the relevant field of Teaching or Industry. OR
- Diploma in Engineering or Technology from any recognized University or Institute approved by University Grant Commission or All India Council for Technical Education in the Fashion and Apparel or Dress Making or Costume Designing and Dress Making or Fashion Designing or Fashion Technology or Garment Fabrication Technology; with five years post qualification experience in the relevant field of Teaching or Industry.
- Teachers Training Diploma from Technical Teachers Training Institute under the Ministry of Human Resources Development or Crafts Instructor Certificate or National Crafts Instructor Certificate or equivalent issued by National Council for Vocational Training. Or Training Certificate from Central Field Institutes under Directorate General of Training, Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship.
AGE:
- 30 years for URs/EWS and
- 35 years for SCs.
DUTIES:
- They impart training to the trainees. They identify training needs, plan formulate and execute institutional and or on the jobs in service training programmes within the frame work of policies of the organizations/Department Aimed at improving personnel efficiency and out-put Advise and assist in development of syllabi programmes, training materials/aids Study policies, procedures, instruments and other related documents. Prepare notes, comments, concerning field problems to modify/ draft Operational instructions. Suggest Suitable speaker/trainers for specific area of training, advice on appropriate training activity, assist evaluation of trainees, as also training programme. Any other work assigned by the officers from time to time.

- CLOSING DATE FOR SUBMISSION OF ONLINE RECRUITMENT APPLICATION (ORA) THROUGH ORA WEBSITE IS 23:59 HRS ON 13-06-2024.
PROBATION:
- The persons selected will be appointed on probation as per rule.
OTHER INFORMATION/INSTRUCTIONS
- Candidates must, if required, attend a personal interview at such place, as may be fixed by the Commission. The Commission do not defray the traveling or other expenses of candidates summoned for interview.
- Commission’s contribution towards the traveling expenses in respect of those candidates who are interviewed at Delhi will be paid on the spot on the date of interview itself provided they fulfill all the conditions.
- The Summoning of candidates for interview convey no assurance whatsoever that they will be selected. Appointment orders to selected candidates will be issued by the Government.
- Candidates must be in sound bodily health.They must, if selected be prepared to undergo such medical examination and satisfy such medical authority as Government may require.
- Candidates will be informed of the final result in due course through UPSC website/ Employment News and any interim enquiries about the result are therefore, unnecessary and will not be attended to. The Commission do not enter into correspondence with the candidates about reasons for their non selection for interview/appointment.
- The Commission may grant higher initial pay to candidates adjudged meritorious in the interview.
- Canvassing in any form will disqualify a candidate.
