Responsibilities

To distribute various packages to different specified locations within a given time frame.

To plan daily travel routes based on the place of delivery and time.

To load and unload packages and orders carefully.

To accept and record payment details for delivered items.

To handle customers' complaints and answer their question professionally.

To investigate and handle any discrepancies with the delivered order.

To get the signature of the customer on the delivery paper once complete the delivery process to ensure that the product reached to the customer with zero damage and within the time.

Clean, wash, refuel and regular maintenance of the company vehicle.

In case of an accident and traffic rules violations, it is the responsibility of an executive to report to the respective company.

In case of any electronic item or any product harmful to customer, it is the agents' responsibility to educate them about the products handling.

To organize every product according to the priority of the destination.

The individual must verify every product and ensure that he has summed up every product stocked for the delivery.

Ensure that you have documented every incident or issues that you have faced during the delivery.
