Job Description
- Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information on products/services offered by the company to customers.
- Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling of relevant products/services based on customer needs.
- Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, live chat, and in-person interactions.

Problem Solving: Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.

Order Processing: Assist customers with placing orders, checking order status, tracking shipments, and handling returns or exchanges.

Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products, services, and policies to confidently address customer questions and provide accurate information.

Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the company’s CRM or customer database system.

Customer Feedback: Gather and report customer feedback to supervisors to help improve products, services, and overall customer experience.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales, shipping, technical support, and quality assurance, to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless service process.

Compliance: Follow company procedures, policies, and standards for quality, security, and privacy when handling customer data.

Upselling and Cross-selling: Where appropriate, introduce customers to additional products or services that may suit their needs.

Conflict Resolution: Handle dissatisfied or upset customers calmly and professionally, striving to reach a positive and timely resolution.
