Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Call Handling

3. Documentation and System Updates

Enter customer details, call notes, and feedback into the system accurately during or after each call.

Maintain records of all interactions and update status in CRM or internal software.

Adhere to data privacy and customer confidentiality standards at all times.
4. Language Proficiency

Converse fluently and professionally in Tamil throughout the call.

Understand simple instructions in English or Hindi (depending on process and training materials).

Use proper tone, language, and listening skills to create a positive customer experience.
5. Quality and Compliance

Meet call quality standards, handling time, and accuracy targets as set by the company.

Follow standard scripts, call flows, and compliance procedures during calls.

Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and call center etiquette.
6. Team Support and Participation

Attend daily briefings, team meetings, and training sessions.

Participate in skill development programs and refresher training.

Support team members in achieving collective targets and performance goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum Qualification: 12th pass / Diploma / Graduate (in any discipline).

Language Requirement: Fluency in Tamil (mandatory), with basic understanding of English or Hindi.
