Urgent requirement for POCO customer support
Job Description
Responsibility: Inbound
To ensure efficiency and KPI delivery in terms of call quality, CSAT, queries answered attendance and basic hygiene.
Primary Functions:
- Responsible for providing service on incoming calls for Poco India
- Responsible for providing technical and order related support for all products of Poco
- Responsible for answering all product related questions for the brand
- Responsible for logging cases, collect customers' needs and share feedback appropriately
- Responsible for escalating complaints and recording customers' information (Escalate to relevant departments)
- Works assigned by your Team Leader
- Adhere to defined quality norms
- Adhere to guidelines for code of conduct for self
Minimum skills & knowledge:
- Fluent in Spoken and Written English and Hindi
- Keyboard skills
- Customer service skills
- Program specific software / Hardware usage
- Good pronunciation and has a neutral accent
- Customer service oriented
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including Sundays & Public Holidays with one weekly off.
- Good understanding of latest tech
- Versant(Written/Voice) Threshold shared to be met
- Knowledge of Android and latest tech
Desired skills & knowledge:
- Good Written communication skills
- 2 Regional Languages
Educational Qualification Required:
-Any
Degree, Diploma and above, CS/Electronics Major is preferred.
Work Experience:
- Ideal to have 6 months of work experience(Contact Centre experience is preferred
- Freshers with good language skills
- Abilities: - Highly motivated, Willingness to take Responsibility, High Efficiency, Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills and High Executive Skills.
