Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction
-
Handle inbound and outbound calls for US customers efficiently and professionally.
-
Understand customer queries, complaints, and requests to provide accurate solutions.
-
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude during all interactions.
2. Issue Resolution & Support
-
Provide technical assistance, product information, or order-related support as required.
-
Troubleshoot customer issues following company guidelines and escalation procedures.
-
Coordinate with the internal team to resolve complex queries promptly.
3. Sales & Upselling (If Applicable)
-
Promote company products or services when relevant.
-
Cross-sell and upsell services based on customer needs and eligibility.
-
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales or conversion targets, if assigned.
4. Call Handling & Documentation
-
Maintain call quality as per company and client standards.
-
Accurately record customer information, call details, and resolutions in the system.
-
Update CRM or other internal tools regularly with correct and complete data.
5. Compliance & Quality Assurance
-
Follow US BPO process guidelines strictly.
-
Maintain data security and confidentiality while handling customer information.
-
Adhere to company policies, quality parameters, and performance standards.
