Job Description
- Coordinates, develops, and executes formal staffing plans and strategies with hiring managers and Human Resources Business Partners.
- Coordinates, facilitates and/or participates in interview days and job fairs.
- Identifies a diverse pool of candidates to ensure our diversity commitment.
- Reduces cycle time while improving quality of hire. Contributes to process improvement initiatives and drives efficient process adherence.
- Manages relationship with third party vendor.
- Provides leadership and support of cross-functional and cross-divisional teams to implement an array of staffing initiatives, ensuring stakeholder participation, support and pull-through.
- Reports on recruiting activities as required or requested by the client
- Position will focus on a majority of research and development roles in an extremely fast paced / high volume environment.
