We are looking for motivated and energetic BPO Executives to handle inbound and outbound calls, provide excellent customer support, and maintain positive client relationships. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.

Provide accurate information about products or services.

Resolve customer queries and ensure high satisfaction levels.

Maintain customer data and update records in the CRM system.

Achieve daily/weekly targets and contribute to team goals.

Follow communication scripts, policies, and procedures.
Skills Required:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively.
