Job Overview
We are looking for a Customer Support Engineer to handle inbound international calls and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive mindset, and the ability to resolve customer queries professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from international customers.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries.
- Maintain professionalism and follow call-handling guidelines.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Update customer records in the system accurately.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members when required.
- Maintain service quality and follow company procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good English communication skills (Must).
- Basic computer knowledge (typing + system navigation).
- Ability to remain calm and handle customers politely.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Any Graduate / Post Graduate (Pursuing candidates can also apply).
- Age: 19 to 45 years.
