Position Overview:

We are hiring for a US International Voice Process Executive to handle customer interactions for our global clients. The role involves providing support, sales, or technical assistance via phone calls, ensuring a professional and high-quality customer experience. Candidates should be fluent in English, comfortable working in night shifts, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Support & Communication

Handle inbound and outbound calls for US-based customers.
Provide assistance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve queries efficiently.
Maintain a professional and friendly tone while interacting with customers.
Follow call scripts and company guidelines for quality assurance.

2. Sales & Lead Generation

Promote and sell products/services to customers.
Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
Upsell and cross-sell additional services when required.

3. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate call logs and customer records in CRM software.
Generate reports on customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
Follow company protocols for data confidentiality and compliance.

4. Team Coordination & Process Improvement

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
