Key Responsibilities

Listen actively to customer concerns and complaints.

Troubleshoot technical or service-related issues with patience.

Escalate unresolved issues to senior staff or relevant departments.

Document complaints and feedback for continuous improvement.

Sales & Upselling

Promote company products or services during customer conversations.

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets or KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

Handle objections tactfully and build rapport with customers.

Process Adherence

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and scripts while interacting with customers.

Maintain compliance with quality standards, data protection, and company policies.

Ensure accurate data entry in CRM or call logging systems.

Shift & Time Zone Management

Work in alignment with US time zones (night shifts in India/Asia).

Adhere to attendance and punctuality policies, as consistency is critical in international processes.

Manage workload effectively during high-volume call periods.

Performance Monitoring

Achieve set targets for Average Handling Time (AHT), First Call Resolution (FCR), and Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT).

Maintain high accuracy in communication and documentation.

Participate in regular performance reviews and feedback sessions.

Team Collaboration
-
Coordinate with colleagues, supervisors, and quality analysts to improve service delivery.

Share insights, best practices, and common customer pain points with the team.

Support training and mentoring for new hires when required.
