- Title:Sr. IT Recruiter/Technical Recruiter/Sr.Bench Sales - US IT Staffing
- Location: HyderabadExperience: 0-2years.
- Shift timings: 09:00 p.m. to 06:00 a.m. EST. (5 Days Working)
- Excellent Communication Skills Must
- Should have experience in entire Sales Life Cycle and have ability to market the candidates.
- Individual with a passion for Bench sales and looking to pursue their career in marketing consultants.
- Posting/submitting Bench consultants resumes on various job boards/requirements and finding requirements for them through other resources.
- Checking with the consultants comfort on job requirements and suggesting any modifications required to improve their chances of short listing for the job positions applied.
- Proactive approach and the ability to act quickly and efficiently Must have good understanding of all IT and related technologies.
- Good attitude, team player, target driven, career oriented and a quick learner.Strong work ethic and sense of commitment
- Team player, Ambitious, competitive, aggressive and passionate to
succeed.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.Aggressive,
go-getter, positive attitude, and interpersonal skills along with
excellent rapport building skills are the traits for the right candidate
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet etc.)
