Job Summary
Bench Sales Marketing for US Staffing Recruiter should be able to build a strong network of Vendors with good business relationships. Keep a track of our consultant's submissions and close positions effectively, Market the consultants to a wide range of contacts, via social media, profile postings on portals etc. Maintain close business relations with clients and place our consultants.
Responsibilities
Mapping the resumes against the requirement and match the profile of the candidate on technical grounds.Building up new business contacts and develop new market segments.Must be willing to work in night shift Must be a good team player and result driven.Applicant should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.Need to develop good relations with Tier-1 Vendors and Implementation partners, build strong connection and network to build the H1B Transfer resources from their own database and Industry referrals.Should be smart enough in understanding the skill, will and stability concerns of a candidate who is applying for a job.Should be handling the full cycle of Bench sales recruitment i.e from sourcing job.Consultant, negotiating the best rates, following up on interview schedules & placing the consultants at best deals. Regular interaction and follow – up with bench consultants and identifying their need and getting them into projects accordingly.Expert in job portal searches likes Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Tech fetch, indeed,LinkedIn etc and other networking methods.
Duties
Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
Screening resumes
Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
Administering appropriate company assessments
Performing reference and background checks
Making recommendations to company hiring managers
Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
Following up on the interview process status
Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
Completing timely reports on employment activity
