Job Title: US IT Bench Sales Recruiter

Location: Ameerpet, Hyderabad (On-site)

Job Type: Full-time

Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven US IT Bench Sales Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing our bench consultants (H1B, GC, USC, etc.) to various IT staffing and consulting opportunities across the United States. This position requires excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills, along with a strong understanding of the US IT staffing industry.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in marketing OPT, EAD, GC, USC & TN visas

Familiarity with various visa classifications and immigration policies.

Responsibilities:

Market bench consultants to Tier 1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.

Develop relationships with prime vendors, clients, and account managers.

Submit qualified profiles to job requirements and track submittals and interview coordination.

Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.

Maintain a database of bench consultants and actively promote them for current and future job requirements.

Negotiate rates and terms with vendors and clients.

Prepare and update consultants’ resumes as needed.

Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and assist in the onboarding process.

Maintain regular communication with bench consultants and keep them updated on job activity.

Work with immigration and HR teams to handle paperwork and compliance.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Minimum 1 year of experience in US IT Bench Sales recruiting.

Strong understanding of IT technologies and the US job market.

Hands-on experience with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools.

Proven track record of successfully placing consultants on projects.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and time management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
