Job Description
As part of the Sales / Business Development/ Recruitment Team you will interact with the client/candidates over phone as well as through written correspondence. You are required to prospect, propose, negotiate, close deals and manage client accounts end-to-end.

- Candidates from US Staffing industry / Domestic Recruitment / Consulting Firm / Contract to Hire Agency with Hands on experience on sourcing and End to End Recruitment experiences.
Required skills
- Have good verbal and written communication skills
- Should be results driven, motivated and should be able to work independently prioritizing tasks to meet targets.
- Team player with positive mindset
- Professional correspondence both written & oral with proper tracking/ follow up
- Follow and create process that will enable us keep a consistent experience with our clients
- Should be proficient in Full Recruitment Lifecycle from requirements gathering, candidate prospecting, candidate screening, candidate submission, interview setup/follow up, onboarding
Desired skills
- Knowledge of US Tax Terms (1099/W2/Corp-Corp)
- Sourcing OPT/EAD/CPT/H1B candidates and US citizens
- Understanding IT and development methodologies.
