As part of the Sales / Business Development/ Recruitment Team you will interact with the client/candidates over phone as well as through written correspondence. You are required to prospect, propose, negotiate, close deals and manage client accounts end-to-end.

• Should be proficient in Full Recruitment Lifecycle from requirements gathering, candidate prospecting, candidate screening, candidate submission, interview setup/follow up, onboarding
  

Desired skills

• Knowledge of US Tax Terms (1099/W2/Corp-Corp)
  
• Sourcing OPT/EAD/CPT/H1B candidates and US citizens
  
• Understanding IT and development methodologies.
