US IT Recruiter Fresher
Candidates will be responsible for handling the full cycle of bench sales recruitment. i.e from sourcing job requirements from prime vendors, vendors, and clients to submitting the bench consultants, negotiating the best rates, following up on interview schedules & placing the consultants at the best deals
Regular interaction and follow-up with bench consultants, and identifying their needs and getting them into projects accordingly
Candidate has to maintain a good Database & rapport with tire1 vendors, vendors, and clients
Job Portal searches like dice, monster, career builder, tech fetch, indeed, LinkedIn, etc and also other networking methods
He/she will be responsible for H1 transfers
Candidate has to maintain a good Database & rapport with tire1 vendors, vendors, and clients

Required Candidate Profile:-
Candidates must have good communication skills

Shift Timings: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST
