1. Understanding client requirements for their Information Technology needs and delivering qualified consultants
2. Working knowledge of portals like dice, monster, Career Builder, LinkedIn. etc.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office
4. Willingness to learn employment rules and regulations.
5. Bachelor's in CS/IT/EC or MBA - IT/HR
6. Experience in sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, etc, conducting interviews, and filtering candidates
7. Willingness to learn the US and Canada Staffing Market
8. Willingness to work the night shift.
