Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated US IT Recruiter - Intern to support our U.S. recruitment operations. You will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates for various IT roles, working closely with our recruitment team during .
Key Responsibilities:
- Source potential candidates through job boards, social media, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and conduct the initial phone screenings
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
- Maintain candidate tracking and reporting in recruitment tools
- Support the full recruitment cycle for IT roles under guidance
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work during (U.S. time zone) - 5:30 PM till 3:30 AM India Time
- Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Exposure to Computer Programming
- Willingness to travel to USA for short duration.
