JOB PROFILE FOR 'US IT Recruiter' POSITION-
- Sourcing, Screening, analyzing & recruitment of the candidates.
- Making initial calls & approach the candidates
- Maintain Candidate Database (Both in Soft copy and Files Management)
- Handling various job portals (Monster/Naukri etc)
- Coordinating between Candidates & Senior Management
- Reporting MIS (Weekly/Monthly)
- Should have passed graduation in any year. (Minimum-12th pass)
- Should possess good communication skills.
- Must be able to work under any pressure.
