Required Skills:
- Qualification: Any Graduation & Post Graduation
- Experience: Minimum 3 year in US IT-Recruitment.
- Shift: Day Shift ( Fixed Sat & Sun Off )
- Location : Richmond Town ( Bangalore )
Roles & Responsibility:
- Handling the entire recruiting cycle, Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing and placing qualified Candidates, Making offers, creating contracts and closing candidates that can help actualize corporate missions etc.
- Coordinating with the managers to arrange technical panels for interview.
- Hands on working Experience in Internet Recruitment Sites like Monster, Career Builder, Etc.
- A thorough analysis of candidate's commitment and background check before Submission.
- Executed and Responsible for preparing weekly and monthly reports for evaluating the performance of the Team leads, Recruiters and Sourcing Executives and overall Performance Analysis and Evaluations
- Appropriate paperwork to be done before on-boarding the candidate.
- Handling the entire US Tax preparation & calculation.
- Handling on Skills & experience, area of Interest, Handle in US, and Visa process.
