Experience Needed:
- 0 to 3 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Ability to develop and maintain client / vendor network.
- Effective in selling strategies with US clients to meet business targets
- Experience in gathering requirements from direct clients and through vendor management portals.
- Excellent knowledge in Job portal searches.
- Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high- paced, changing work.
- Ability to prioritize multiple functions , tasks and manage work time efficiently.
- Strong team player and a lead with positive mind set to drive results from the team
- Ideal candidate would possess high energy, be highly motivated and self-directed
