Job Description
Roles and Responsibility :
- Responsible for Sourcing, Screening & Scheduling of the candidate as per the client’s Requirement
- Responsible for Co-ordination at the Client’s place.
- Create a comprehensive job description based on hiring manager specifications to be used present to candidates and to post to job boards and internal gateways.
- Develop and Manage strong consultative relationships with candidates.
- Solicit and document hiring manager and candidate feedback throughout the interview process.
- Responsible for editing and formatting resumes matching consistency and giving visual and technical perfection to them for presenting it to clients.
- Should have excellent communication, convincing skills and negotiation skills.
- Ability to demonstrate Full Recruiting Life cycle (gathering requirements, candidate prospecting, candidate screening, Negotiations, candidate submission, follow-up, Interview & On Boarding etc)
- Candidate shall be self motivated & high on achievement orientation.
