Job Description
Requirement
- Candidate should have at least 3-5 years of experience in US recruiting.
- Experience with full cycle of US IT Recruiting and Staffing sales.
- Candidate should understand the US immigration like H1, Greencard and other.
- Candidate should be willing to work during EST hours (Eastern standard 9am to 5pm).
- Candidate should be having Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and organizational skills .
- Must be able to work independently in a fast-growing environment
- Experience in field sales & bench sales
- Responsible for Aggressive marketing IT Bench Consultants H1B consultants with direct clients and Tier-1 vendors.
- Ability to interact, develop Vendor network and get candidates placed in quick turnaround time. Must be able to reach the monthly and quarterly targets.
- Participating in networking events and organizations
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
