Job Description
- Responsible for full-cycle recruiting.
- Scheduling interviews offer negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requirements.
- Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Job diva), Posting jobs on the Job Portals.
- Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions.
- Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submissions into interviews and placements.
- Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
- Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status.

CNCS INFOTECH provides 1 month training to the Candidate on all aspects of US IT Staffing. We provide campus training to the students and have a track record of 100% placement. The training is divided into following three parts.
Basics The Candidate is first made aware of basics of US IT Staffing. They are taught the Visas, Tax terms, Type of positions, Basic geography of US etc.
Technical The Candidate are given superficial knowledge of all the IT domain and positions like Java, .Net, Hadoop, Salesforce and so on.
On The Job Training The Candidate is given live IT requirements from the clients in US. They use the portals like Dice and Monster to source resumes and provided a phone number to call the Candidates for screening in US.
