- Role : IT Recruiter (USA, Canada, Singapore and Malaysia Recruitment)
- Location : Chennai (Work from Office)
- Experience : 0 – 5 Years
Mode of Interview: Phone
For Freshers : (Candidates must be from Chennai Locations only)
- Must have strong Communication Skills.
- Some basic knowledge about IT Recruitment, IT Skills and technologies and terminologies.
- willing to work in IT Recruitment and Staffing industry and passionate in HR Domain.
- For Experience.
- Candidate should have hands on experience in recruitment for various positions on IT Recruitment Industry in US / APAC Market.
- Strong experience in working with W2,Corp-Corp,1099 for Contract positions.
- Should have strong sourcing skills in various Job Portals, social media and other sourcing channels and tools.
- Strong Knowledge on End to End IT Recruitment.
- Screening the resumes according to the Job description and matching with requirement, calling up candidates explain the job in detail and understand the candidate is fit for the position.
- Understand their interest level & submit the profile with client and follow up with the candidate and client for interview and feedback.
- Offer negotiations and take feedback from the client and the candidate with regards to the interviews taken.
- Should be willing to work on Targets and meet the standard.
- Maintaining & updating the Daily and monthly submission and closure reports
- Strong working knowledge in different VISA and TAX terms.
