We are now expanding our India-based team with aggressive recruiters that will make an immediate impact. Candidates will need to be able to work night shifts (7:30 pm to 4:30 am IST). We prefer people with prior US IT recruitment experience for the US job market; entry-level applications are welcome too as we will provide on-the-job training.
We are hiring for the following roles:
Responsibilities
- Support the DivIHN Technology Specialization wing by sourcing and recruiting appropriate candidates.
- Constantly recruit and pipeline candidates for a functional area (such as Salesforce, Mobility, Data Analytics and a few more) and support DivIHN’s internal and external hiring needs
- Identify mid to senior level talent that meets the requirements and has the skills and experiences
- The identified talent will be deployed on internal and external projects with assistance from Bench Sales Executives
- Constantly develop skills and knowledge base to become an SME in these functional areas through constant researching and implementing innovative process methodologies
Other Responsibilities played by members of this team
- Utilize multiple techniques to source candidates. These techniques include, but are not limited to, cold calling, referrals, job boards, professional associations, etc.
- Perform a high number of cold calls (phone) to develop leads with prospective candidates
- Cultivate and build relationships, manage multiple job requisitions and deliver on a high volume basis.
- Interview candidates to identify skills and criteria for their corresponding search and determine fit opportunities.
- Be flexible to stretch beyond working hours on an as-needed basis
Qualifications
- Experienced Candidates: 2-3 year of experience handling end-to-end US IT recruitment plus bachelors’ degree required.
- Freshers and Entry Level Candidates: are welcome to apply and must exhibit quick learning abilities with a ‘can do’ attitude in order to succeed in these roles
- Must be ready to do 90% cold calling and work with a “Hunters mentality” and perform extensive follow-ups
- Organized, Ethical and Punctual with excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Must exhibit an assertive & persuasive attitude, be innovative and should possess high levels of energy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, and to shift gears on the fly.
- Ability to assess candidate capabilities, needs, and interests by understanding their long-term goals.
